Fitness wish list

I thought I would do a wish list and focus it on fitness items as i'm in the mist of training to get motivated for my 5k training. 

1. POP Pilates: Total Body Workout DVD - £13.15
2. Run Fat B!tch Run - Amazon Kindle Shop - Ruth Field - £5.99
3. Purple Sports Jogging Gym Armband for New Apple iPod Nano 7th Generation 7G - Ebay - £6.99

All these items are things that I could either really do with or will help me along the way. 

1. If you don't know who blogilates is and your trying to lose weight or maybe just tone up you should totally check her out, she does YouTube videos (she is very happy which is always motivating), blog posts and does monthly charts and has her own shop that included this DVD pack and since seeing it on her shop I've been thinking more about buying and seeing if it can motivate me to do other kinds of exercise rather then just running and gym machines. 

2. The book is by Ruth Field, this book is about helping to motivate the reader in to running around about 5k to 10k (focusing on beginners, which to be honest i am). I need as much motivation as i can possible get at the moment. 

3. This is a item that i'm in total need of as I hate having to carry things while running, I had a one for my iPhone but now that i don't have an iPhone or the old arm band (Little Miss Marshall, youngest sister btw stole it and went home with it), I am in need of a new one and this eBay item looks like it could be the perfect one. 

4. Finally item 4 which if you do exercise you will know that a sport bra is a much need accessory and I again have had mine taken away so I need to buy a new one. I have heard from other people at my gym that Adidas is a good brand for sport bras. I wouldn't normally go for something this expensive but as it is an essential I think spending this amount on a good brand and material. Adidas also say that this bra is 'Engineered for reliable support, this Adidas Supernova Racer Bra features CLIMACOOL® for superior moisture management for women. Reflective details make this sports bra a great top for running or working out.'

That is my fitness wishlist for the month. I'm hoping to maybe get at least 2 of these items within the next few weeks as there kind of needed essentials.

A TRUE INTRODUCTION OF 
THE GIRL AND THE TREADMILL

This is the first post of many (that's a pretty scary thought). So i thought i would share a little bit about myself including what i do and what i like.


I thought i would give you 3 of my favorite things to do:

1. My love in life is coaching and fitness and pretty has been all my life from being in school i was always the girl that wanted to take part in every sport going and that developed in to me wanting to be a PE teacher/Coach. 

So from deciding what i wanted to be, came the chances of gaining experience to help get me somewhere close to my job choices. I've Volunteered at a bunch of events including the great north run (How people do that i will never know), Great North 10k, Local Heroes (Summer Festival) and a bunch of low key coaching events.

2. Travelling is another one of my favorite things to do with my spare time. This can be travelling within the UK or aboard. I've only been aboard a few time but hoping over the next 2 years to travel through Europe and spend some time in south Africa. The thought of spending time in another country and seeing the way other people lives is something i have always wanted to do. 

3. Cooking and Baking it is something I've always wanted to get better at and because i'm training to hopefully do the Great North 5k in the summer i have wanted to eat more healthy types of meals and this includes cooking and trying out new types of food. 

This blog will hopefully show you my training for the 5k as well as showing my life along with outfit posts, day in the life of a coach and recipes of meals that i will be trying out to live the healthy lifestyle. 

I hope you enjoy learning about me and i hope you like reading my blog on all things fitness and lifestyle.
