Fitness: Couch to 5k - Week 5-7

Hey guys I know it has been a while since I've done a post but i'm back. 
For the past 3 weeks I've been working pretty much full time and been away from home for a few days. 

Anyways back to the training, for the past 3 weeks I've been doing the same training week as I'm still having a few problem with my knee but from tomorrow i'll be doing the program for week 4.

The program for week 3 is 5 minute warm up, 90 seconds of running, 90 seconds of walking, 3 minutes of running and 3 minutes of walking. For the first 1 and a half of getting back into running after being injured I did all the runs on the treadmill to get back in to the swing of things. I did this just see if my knee was going to handle the pace and my friend thought that doing a week worth of treadmill work than alternating between road and treadmill for another week would be good practice. 

My knee definitely feels better since doing this and i'm hoping that this might stop from future injury. I've been doing my runs outside with the dog as it means that I have to go sightly slower than I would on the treadmill. 

I'm glad that I've done it this way as I don't feel like i'm putting to much pressure on my knee.
